AI concierge and generated content
Our on-site AI concierge provides general information about our services. It is not professional advice, and its answers may occasionally be incomplete or out of date — human specialists confirm the specifics during a Free Technology & AI Audit. See our AI Usage Statement for governance detail.
Third-party links
We link to vendor documentation, standards bodies and partner sites where useful (for example, the Australian Cyber Security Centre or Microsoft learn portals). We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or privacy practices.
Disclaimer and liability
Information on this website is provided in good faith for general business information. It is not legal, tax, security or financial advice for any specific organisation. For engagement-specific advice, we deliver a written scope backed by qualified specialists.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Accelerate IT Performance excludes liability for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Western Australia, unless a client agreement specifies otherwise.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the site and our services evolve. The current version is always at the top of this page with a revised "last updated" date. Continued use after changes means acceptance of the updated terms.
