Cookie Policy
A short, plain-language explanation of the cookies and similar technologies we use on this site — and how to turn them off.
What we use on this site
Our footprint is intentionally minimal:
- Strictly necessary — session, security and load-balancing cookies required for the site and the Free Technology & AI Audit form to work. These can't be turned off.
- Preference — remembers minor UI choices such as dismissed banners.
- Analytics (first-party, aggregated) — page views, referrers and device class. IP addresses are truncated and we don't build individual profiles.
- AI concierge — a local-storage key so the assistant can keep context inside a single conversation. Cleared when you close the tab or clear site data.
What we do not use: third-party advertising cookies, cross-site tracking pixels, or session replay of individuals.
How you control cookies
Every major browser lets you view, block or delete cookies for a specific site — usually under Settings → Privacy. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will stop forms from submitting; blocking analytics has no effect on functionality.
We honour the Global Privacy Control signal where your browser sends it, and treat it as an opt-out of non-essential analytics.
Third parties
A few vendors help us run the site — hosting, form processing, transactional email and the AI concierge — and may set strictly-necessary cookies to deliver their part. They are contractually bound to use that data only to provide the service. See the "Subprocessors" section of our Privacy Policy.
Changes to this policy
If we add a new category of cookie we update this page and, where required, ask for your consent before the cookie is set. The current version is always at the top of this page with a revised "last updated" date.
